[Crystal Palace TV Mast]

Located in south west London (NRLOGO Crystal Palace; DLRLOGO Crystal Palace), Crystal Palace Park was created to house the giant “Crystal Palace” originally situated in Hyde Park for the 1851 Great Exhibition. The palace itself was destroyed by fire in 1936 but the park still contains a lot of Victorian history. The park is easily spotted from most areas in London by the tall television mast on the top of a hill on the north side of the park.

[Main Courtyard]

Fulham Palace is a small palace, the original home of the Bishop of London, one of the most senior members of the Church of England. Located in Fulham, a short bus journey from TUBE Hammersmith the palace is worth the trip. Entrance to both the house and gardens is free (though the house requires pre-booking).

The Warner Bros. Studio Tour: London is a recent addition to the London tourism scene and offers fans of Harry Potter an incredibly comprehensive look into the making of the Harry Potter movies. I found it an amazing experience and very interesting even from a simple film-making perspective - Amazing sets, props and art work.

There are many things to see in London (!). I would recommend the following (see also Museums):

	* ArcelorMittal Orbit (TUBE Stratford NRLOGO Stratford Station/Stratford International) - Originally created for the Olympics in 2012 this amazing structure offers fantastic views of the surrounding area including Queen Elizabeth Park and the Westfield Stratford City shopping complex. The millennium saw a number of attractions in the city for the year:

[The London Eye]

	* London Eye (TUBE Embankment or Westminster) - Offering tremendous views of the city, this is definitely one of the best Millennium attractions. Waiting times can be quite significant during rush periods (weekends). Trip time is 1/2 hour. This is the highest Ferris wheel in the world (despite what they might say in Paris).
