A Brief History of Time (From the Big Bang to Black Holes) by Stephen Hawking

Hawking is truly a marvel overcoming tremendous physical obsticles as he explains to the “common man” the ins and outs of modern physics. Though a bit heavy in places, Hawking manages to keep the reader's interest throughout though I must admit his explanation of string theory I thought a bit TOO terse. Fascinating reading.
