A decent enough Italian restaurant located on Mill Road just next door to Al Casbah. The service can be a bit brusk and I found the interior a bit cool (figuratively and physically). A good menu with a wide range of dishes.

Postscript: Unfortunately, Pasta Fresca is now closed with the latest incarnation, Cafe Adriatic, receiving mixed reviews.
