Whaley Bridge

Whaley Bridge on the busy A5004 is a small town on the River Goyt and Peak Forest Canal in Derbyshire a short distance south-east of Manchester. There are a few small independent shops in town and there is a local train station ( Whaley Bridge).

The canal area is quite nice to visit with the town centre car park nearby and many walking trails.
