Review of 'Making Money'
Making Money by Terry Pratchett
31st book in the 'Discworld' series
The latest in the Discworld saga sees the return of the reformed Moist von Lipwig as he is persuaded by Vetinari to work the magic he performed at the Post Office (see “Going Postal”) on the bank. What he finds is that the mint is running at a loss, and there is a very real risk his notorious past may come back to haunt him…How does he get into these situations? Also, what is with the hundreds of gold gollems? And what are they doing storming around Anhk-Morpork?
Another welcome return to Discworld with Pratchett once again amusing with his subtle and enjoyable humour. There are the familiar faces and features of his stories which never fail to entertain.
Recommended for fans of the series or for those that have read “Going Postal”.
