Another installment in the Wheel of Time series that tells the stories of the main characters as they go on their serparate journey's: Rand as he makes his way from Almoth Plane with Perrin, Morraine and Lan chasing after him in his delusional state, Mat on an erand to Caemlyn, and the three young women now in training to be Aes Sedai are off after the Black Ajah…All are ultimately heading for Illian where history is destined to be made. Along the way they encounter many different people's (including the Aiel who seem to sence something is going on…) and some familiar characters from previous chapters in this on-going saga.
